1 - Review of Personnel Departments Processes Manual, which was prepared by the Ministry of Civil Service (formerly, General Civil Service Bureau) representing King Saud University.

2 - Participation in a team work representing the Faculty of Administrative Sciences to conduct a research study requested by the Manpower Council entitled "The direct and indirect expenses of expatriate workers and its effect on the national economy and the possibility of setting a minimum wage for national workers".

3 - Participation in a team work representing the College of Administrative Sciences, the Ministry of Labor and Social Affairs to prepare a medium-term operational strategy for the employment of Saudis in private sectors (three stages strategy).
